The Concept: Crafting Your Urban Retreat
Born from a decade of hospitality in Catania, The Cube Lotus is the perfect blend of bespoke home comfort and refined boutique hotel elegance. Discover the story, the geometry, and the soul of our panoramic rooftop terrace.

Roots and Vision (Mother and Son)
The Cube Lotus was not born in a closed room, but from the meeting of two sensibilities and a single great passion: making people feel at home. Aurora and Davide combine a bespoke attention to detail and a love for design with hands-on experience. It all begins with Davide’s journey who, with "Panoramic Suite in the heArt of Catania," managed a vacation rental within his own residence for ten years, listening to travelers and building a reputation for excellence rewarded with a 9.3 on Booking and a 4.94 on Airbnb.
Today, that experience evolves into a broader and more structured project, created side by side with Aurora.

The Value of Experience and Listening
In ten years of active hospitality, you learn a fundamental lesson: true luxury is not ostentation, but care. We know what travelers need, how precious a restorative night's sleep, flawless comfort, or sincere advice on the secrets of Catania can be.
With The Cube Lotus, we have taken a leap forward, blending the warmth of this long background with the ambition of a superior design property: clean lines, Nordic and industrial inspirations, selected materials, and cutting-edge technologies.

Why "The Cube Lotus"? A story written on the terrace.
The name of our property encapsulates a tangible intuition and a special connection. "The Cube" stems from a specific idea: building a solid, cubic masonry table right on our panoramic terrace. The inspiration to cover it with stunning glass-ceramic tiles—capturing and reflecting the light of Catania—came from O.Z., who, during a visit to the construction site, also brought our logo to life and helped arrange the furnishings for this space.
"Lotus," on the other hand, refers to the lotus flower, inspired by the philosophy of Soka Gakkai Buddhism.
And then there is the terrace itself: a 320-square-foot (30 m²) panoramic haven overlooking the city rooftops, set between the baroque skyline and the majesty of Mount Etna. It is right here that our concept of hospitality comes to life, offering you moments you will cherish for a long time.
